Celebrating 10 Years of Porters

This year in 2024, we celebrate 10 years of this amazing club.

Porters Soccability, established in 2014 was created to offer a safe and welcoming environment for people with special needs, to enjoy the wonderful game of football and a great social environment. Some players have been with the club from the day it was created and prior to this when we begun under the names of RDFA & Hambro Colts back in 2008.

Nigel Stuart, Club Chairman said, "We have always kept our doors open for all disabilities and special needs, and have seen players progress into the amazing adults that they are today".

Porters take milestones like this to honour past and present members of our club and are so pleased that most of them remain with the club today. Some have not developed into youth team coaches and some have shown commitment to proceed into the Special Olympics and other national events. Mick Hood, Club Vice Chairman added, "Here's to the next 10 years... But lets not forget this club would not have been so successful without the help of the many Sponsors, coaches and volunteers who give their free time to help this wonderful cause".
